1. Introduction
ChainPortal ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform for deploying tokens and NFTs across multiple blockchain ecosystems including EVM, Solana, Cosmos, Aptos, SUI, and NEAR.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Wallet Information
When you connect your wallet, we do not store your private keys or seed phrases. We only access your public wallet address to facilitate transactions. This includes addresses from all supported ecosystems (EVM, Solana, Cosmos, Aptos, SUI, NEAR). All wallet interactions occur locally in your browser through Web3 wallet extensions.
2.2 Transaction Data
We store transaction hashes and metadata locally in your browser using IndexedDB. This data helps you track your deployments and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to sync your data.
2.3 Usage Information
We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, including which features are most used and general platform performance metrics.
3. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer
You use ChainPortal entirely at your own risk. The platform provides tools for interacting with decentralized blockchain networks that are not owned, controlled, or operated by ChainPortal. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or adverse consequences arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets
- Failed or reverted blockchain transactions
- Gas fees spent on unsuccessful deployments
- Volatility in the value of digital assets you create or interact with
- Regulatory actions affecting your tokens or NFTs
- Loss of access to your wallet or private keys
- Exploits, hacks, or vulnerabilities in deployed smart contracts
By using ChainPortal, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital assets. You expressly waive and release ChainPortal from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the platform.
4. Smart Contract Disclaimer
Smart contracts deployed through ChainPortal are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or undiscovered vulnerabilities. While our contract templates are built on audited libraries such as OpenZeppelin, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
- The security, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any smart contract
- The absence of bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in deployed code
- The continued operation or availability of any deployed contract
- The compatibility of deployed contracts with third-party protocols or marketplaces
You deploy smart contracts entirely at your own risk. Even if contracts contain bugs or vulnerabilities that result in financial loss, ChainPortal bears no responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any smart contract before deployment.
5. Blockchain Data Immutability
Data published to blockchains is permanent, immutable, and beyond our control. Once a transaction is confirmed on a blockchain network, it cannot be reversed, modified, or deleted by ChainPortal or any other party. This includes token deployments, NFT metadata, transfer records, and any other data written to the blockchain. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that ChainPortal has no ability to recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or modify deployed contracts after confirmation. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming any blockchain operation.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate token and NFT deployments across supported blockchains
- To provide transaction history and asset management features
- To improve our platform and user experience
- To communicate with you about your account or our services
- To comply with legal obligations
7. Referral Program Data
If you participate in our referral program, your referral code and associated wallet address are stored on-chain. Referral statistics (uses, earnings) are derived from on-chain data and displayed in your dashboard. We do not collect personal information about referred users beyond their public wallet addresses.
8. Data Storage and Security
Your transaction data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including IPFS providers (e.g., Pinata) for metadata storage and blockchain RPC providers. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and review your stored transaction data
- Delete your local transaction history
- Disconnect your wallet at any time
- Opt out of anonymous usage tracking
12. No Warranty

CHAINPORTAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CHAINPORTAL MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, OR LINKS PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM CHAINPORTAL OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHAINPORTAL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, TOKENS, NFTS, OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CHAINPORTAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHAINPORTAL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require you to re-consent to the updated terms through our consent dialog.
